- JDBands.com will allow returns and exchanges within 7 days of the ship date. If you choose to return or exchange an item, please login to "Your Account" click on the order which you would like to return, then click on "Return this item" or call us 800-923-9952 and our friendly customer service representative will be glad to create a RMA # for you.
- Complete the return/exchange form, which is found in the original delivery envelope. When packing the box for the return or exchange, please include this form and all the original packaging that was received to expedite the return/exchange process (including diamond certificates, appraisals, and any other paperwork accompanying the product).**
- After securely readying the package for return, affix label with the return/exchange address below. Please note that all of the information below must be listed on the label or the package will be refused and sent back to you.

Once JDBands.com receives your package, it will be fully inspected. At this time, you will receive an email notification that the return/exchange process has begun. JDBands.com is not responsible for packages that are not received or are not returned to the correct address as listed above. Until JDBands.com receives the package, you are responsible for its contents (the package must be insured for its full value to be accepted). We will not accept any packages that are NOT insured or have not followed and of our return guidelines and rules.

Upon acceptance of your return and during the return/exchange process, JDBands.com will issue you a online store credit. You have 90 days to use your online store credit. If your store credit does not get used by the 90th day, a refund will be issued to your credit card. All merchandise ordered for viewing purposes will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
All orders will qualify for a one time exchange and there will be no refunds after exchange.
This return policy applies on all orders placed online or via phone.
